FITNESS ?

I have been selected to go to a hearing day for my netball. It is hold a couple of days after propagandize starts again, as well as since we have christmas entrance up as well as i haven’t finished a competition over summer i was wondering if any one knew ways to get my aptness turn behind up. we unequivocally wish to get selected for a teams so i would adore any recommendation or report possible.

    start by doing some running or some other form of cardio but other things you may want to include are burpees or other forms of plyometric exercises for both upper and lower body. if you are aiming for GS or GA positions practice your shooting. if your on the wing or centre add in some sprints, GD or GK focus on jumping.
