Just take a multivitamin and a fish oil supplement for Omega-3 fatty acids.
P.S. The person at your local health food store is not an “expert” on vitamins. They’re paid to sell vitamins.
P.S.S. If you’re confused and don’t know what to take…Just eat healthy.

A good multiple vitamin would probably be enough. I take that and a Super b- complex. Smokers need more C. Women need more B.

Do not buy your vitamins in the grocery store. Go to a vitamin store or buy them online to be sure you get supplements that are well absorbed by your body. Centrum is well absorbed but your other supplements should also work just as well so talk with someone who knows about this stuff before you just go out and buy any old bottle of stuff.

I would consider all-natural vitamins from health food store or Vitamin Shoppe.com. The fruit/veggie vitamins are great!
Most vitamins from discount stores such as Wal-Mart or something have artificial fillers that you don’t need. Also, I’ve learned from a very respected healthcare professional that if the bottle states only 1 or 2 a day, it’s not a quality vitamin. You want something that you have to take 3-4x a day.
Good luck, anything else, contact me!

Go into Dollar General stores, the vitamins are cheaper, plus you can buy herbal ones also. They have hair and skin vitamins too.
Recipes—cook with olive oil or canola oil (fat free)

Health does not come in a little pill. Eat balanced meals and exercise daily and you will live a healthy, happy, productive life. Stock up on that.

They do have vitamins for vegis and fruits. Also for hair nails and skin. There is a vitamin for almost everything now. I reccomend asking the pharmacist to point out a few good ones for your needs. Be careful not to take to many it can be harmful. I’m sure the pharmicist will explain all questions you have. Good luck.

I am not taking flax seed oils. But I have been doing a lot of research on flax seed oils and I am pretty impressed from what I have been reading. You may want to do a little research on it to see if it fits what you are looking for. Flax seed oils is good for all sorts of things. Try this website to see if it helps any. This is a University website and I would think its pretty reliable what they have to say.

there is such a thing as vitamin poisoning. anything in sufficient quantities, can be toxic. talk to the supplement specialist at your local health food store. they can help you identify the areas in your diet that need to be supplemented with vitamins. there’s no single formula that fits everybody’s needs. you should also be prepared for some controversy. the people in the medical profession, and many dietitians will contradict what the supplement and homeopathic proponents are telling you, and vice-versa. learn as much as you can, and make an educated decision for yourself.

liquid vitamins are the way to go, buying at your local health food store is best, when purchasing vitamins, They also have this concoction called cal-mag., this is great for your calcium intake because it also, supplies you with magnesium, and a few other minerals you need to absorb the calcium properly.
Iron is great for the hair.
for some meal ideas:
Salomon is great, with a side of fresh veggies and fruit
omega eggs, with veggies, and fruit
Also look for cereals or crackers that are whole grain for a snack, a cereal I love is blueberry omega flax, rice or almond milk goes great with that.
