WHAT TYPE OF YOGA IS BEST FOR A BEGINNER WHO IS SPECIFICALLY LOOKING TO REDUCE STRESS?

I’m perplexing to confirm in between 2 classes being offering locally: Kundalini Yoga as well as Hatha Yoga. The march descriptions have Hatha sounds a bit some-more kinetic, though given I’m brand new to all this we unequivocally do not know that is best. My idea is to revoke highlight as well as flesh tension.
By a way, we am NOT seeking to remove weight.

Hi there, this explain about your question :
Kundalini, which literally means coiled up or better known as the snake position, seeks to explore the dormant life energies or forces in the body.
whereas
Hatha yoga is a very significant discipline that helps a yoga practitioner to achieve unity of body and mind in order for him to be elevated to spiritual perfection. While different yoga pose can also develop muscles and body form, they are however primarily aimed to achieve a balance in the body systems and internal organs.

If you’re a beginner then Hatha Yoga might be the way to go since it’s more likley to be slow paced.
I would also consider Bikram Yoga as Bikram only has 26 poses.
